»» Try a Carbonara in Rome

La carbonara is a classic roman dish. Spaghetti with eggs, pancetta and pecorino cheese… this is the secret if you want to try it.

If, along to the Carbonara, you like to taste more about Roman cooking as visiting Rome, “The Carbonara“, a restaurant has been around since 1906, offers you more than a chance.

This place is all traditionally Roman cooking and comes well recommended. Choose also an Amatriciana, Gnocchi or Fried BaccalĂ  on Fridays and even Tripe on Saturdays. Dont’ forget the Italian wines and desserts too.
